what? just…what? so I’m guessing you probably read the “About Me” part of my blog which,by the way, is an extremely condensed version of the person that I am. Yes, John Lennon is my hero but for none of reasons you mentioned. (and no offense but an “actual good musician”? I’m not sure of the context in which you mean.) John is my hero because he wanted to live. Plain and simple. He went through so much shit in his life and yet he still found something that made him want to continue living. And knowing that motivates me to find the happiness in my own life. Not just because people my age call him a “legend” yet don’t know a thing about him or just because he was perfectly good looking. And yeah, he really was hot and I will celebrate that and if acknowledging that makes the authenticity of my reasoning diminish then whatever. I don’t care. I know enough about him to know he was more than that. x
